2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the store, we may process in particular: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order and payment information, selected pickup point, correspondence and technical data related to your use of the website.

- conclusion and performance of the sales contract and order handling — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- handling enquiries, store security, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- newsletter and electronic marketing — on the basis of consent where required — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities necessary to operate the store and fulfil orders, including in particular:
- Shopify — the provider of the e-commerce platform and store infrastructure;
- payment providers made available at checkout;
- carriers and pickup-point networks, in particular InPost, ORLEN Paczka and DPD, depending on the delivery method selected by the customer;
- providers of apps and IT services supporting order handling, pickup-point selection, security and store operation;
- accounting, legal or technical service providers where used.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made using mechanisms provided for under the GDPR, as appropriate for the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention period
Order-related data is retained for the period necessary to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations, and establish, pursue or defend claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits further retention.
7. Your rights
Where provided for under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but information required during checkout is necessary to enter into and perform the contract and to deliver the purchased product.
